- Was there anything you didn't like?Reception staff weee not welcoming they were rude and not answering the question. Emman one of the reception I asked here on the invoice she said they did not provide it I told her usually they provide it she said the didn’t answer refuse to provide it also it was very needed for reimbursement by my job she still refuse and she did bother job. After called Hilton they provide it by email. And it was time consuming to call booking and call Hilton to get it however typically if she knows her job she should provide it at the check out!
