Great hotel in Beverly Hills
- What did you like most?The hotel is in a good location, rooms are spacious, staff is very helpful and friendly.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Currently there is a construction right next door.
Overall felt like extortion
- What did you like most?Location is great, lots of restaurants and shopping options close by, nice neighborhood too. Princess at the Concierge desk went the extra mile and valet service was great
- Was there anything you didn't like?Breakfast was poor in every way possible! Couldn't handle more than ten tables, even though we stayed at the hotel we had to book if we wanted to have breakfast between 8 and 9, menu was limited and the quality well below par. Major renovations on the site are being done which they don't mention when you book. Noise levels early morning from the drilling was horrible. Booking.com confirmation indicates that taxes etc. are included in the rate, however, they say that's not the case and we have to take it up with Booking.com
