The AtypiQ hotel is a unique concept. You should expect that rooms are smaller than normal, but 100% efficient. A very large common room as well as a garden and a terrace await you to enjoy your stay!Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 150.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

A hidden gem!
Great price and location, perfect...
- What did you like most?I like the concept of the shared kitchen, it was very convenient not only for breakfast but also in case, you want to relax, have a cup of coffee, or work in a nice environment.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room is good but it's a bit small. It would be great if there was more space to store your clothes.
