I would stay at Adagio in Berlin again.
- What did you like most?1. room with desk and pull-out table, full kitchen, modern bathroom were good! 2. location is in nice, safe part of Berlin, close to public transportation to get to other parts of Berlin 3. grocery store is only 1 block away from main entrance 4. two great restaurants 1 block away - Piccola Taormina Italian -fabulous pizza, and Fam Pam Thai Restaurant! 5. staff were so friendly and helpful 6. I think I got a good rate from Booking.com for staying 8 nights.
- Was there anything you didn't like?1. Washing machine dial was confusing. The machine washed my clothes 3 times!! No washing machine in the world should be able to wash clothes for more than 30 min. My favorite pink dress is now all fussy from all the that washing! A wash cycle really only needs to be 15 min.!! The Adagio in Frankfurt had newer, simple machines, and they were free to the guests!! 2. written directions in English for coffee pot and oven in my room would have been helpful 3. grate on ceiling of oven was not clean, but was difficult to see; maids should have a small brush on their carts to clean this 3. electric towel warmer in bathroom did not work 4. lobby temperature was very cold -NOT necessary!! I could not eat or sit in there. 5. entrance & reception area was 1 block back from street - can you move this ???

- Was there anything you didn't like?Every single staff are untrained and unprofessional. Check in desk was closed for 30 minutes and had to wait for the receptionist to come back from his dinner.. breakfast was one of the worst I had. Cold omelette. Check out procedure is slow.. how is it possible they are not aware of my cash deposit.
