Not what we wanted for a Paris stay
- What did you like most?They gave us a full refund and I moved to another hotel.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I liked the photos on the website but not true in real life unfortunately. We were offered other rooms which were also unclean. Black mould in bathroom very outdated. Service mocked my comments on cleanliness and lack of privacy in bathroom was shocking.
