- Was there anything you didn't like?Small room. Not up to standard at all
You can only live there if you don't drink much water, don't need to clean or stock the room with daily necessit
- What did you like most?Lactation, Concierge staff and staff in restaurant
- Was there anything you didn't like? The shock was that there was no water in the rooms; we had to go down the corridor to get some! We had to buy water for the duration of our stay, costing €85. They don't clean the rooms daily, and if they do, they don't provide toiletries or tea. We booked an extra night through their website, but we couldn't find a reservation on Booking.com, and they wouldn't even allow us to stay in the same room for half a day. When we moved to another room, we left the handheld bidet for just a few minutes and returned to find it missing. We reported it missing, but unfortunately, the response was, "We couldn't find it." Umbrellas cost €3; they're not free! Feeling unsafe, there was a loud and forceful knocking on the door despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign. I couldn't see who it was, and it wasn't room service. I called reception to send security to see who it was. They apologized and said it was room service, but I didn't believe them; the voice was a man's, and all the room service staff were women. This is a very bad experience at this hotel.
