Interesting but manageable
- What did you like most?The price when compared to others online. Breakfast was good kids were satisfied. Floors in room we're not rugs. Overall it was quick in and out if you're just going there to have somewhere to put your bags and lay your head and can handle the street noise and just want a quick breakfast in the mornings it is suitable. Staff was friendly and did try and help with any problems and answering questions.
- Was there anything you didn't like?All the floors needed to be swept both in hallways and the room. Came into a beetle bug crawling across the floor. Had to ask for a day and half to have the ice machine working finally night 2 we had ice which was much needed several ppl were complaining. The expressway is right out front and you do here horns, sirens and cars all night long but if you can sleep through that it is fine. When we arrived at 430 got settled and then went to fitness room to workout for it to be lock and then we're told it is closed at 5pm which I found strange so we went with a hotel with no pool because we knew we at least had the fitness room for the one evening we had to be there awhile which we did not. That was disappointing. Staff did try to be helpful with questions but didn't seem familiar with much in the area or the surroundings we just tried to figure everything out through Google.
