Great Location for a Velodrom Concert.
- What did you like most?The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the bed is massive and very comfortable. I got an Accessible room by mistake and the staff was able to change my room which I really appreciated. The location is phenomenal for a velodrom show. The lobby is very nice to hang out in.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Why do you write an accessible room and not - wheelchair accessible? It's confusing - I didn't know the hotel and whether or not is has an elevator - so I wanted a room which is luggage accessible - so I think you need to fix that description. I was barely able to open the water in the shower, so I have no idea how would a handicapped person manage. Plus - in the new non-accessible room I was assigned, the shower handle was squirting water and the floor had water all over it after a shower - the doors weren't keeping the water in or something.
