Gourmet cuisine is served in El Taj Condo’s ASI restaurant, while pizzas, snacks and drinks are available in the beach bar. You can also request a private chef to prepare meals in your suite. - Was there anything you didn't like?This was one of the most misleading and frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We booked a 3-bedroom penthouse through Booking.com based entirely on the photos and description. The room was advertised as having a partial sea view, but in reality there was NO sea view at all. On top of that, the jacuzzi and terrace shown in the listing photos are NOT part of the room. They are located upstairs in a shared common area, which was never clearly stated. This is nothing short of false advertising. Additionally, the elevator was not working and we were on the 3rd floor. When we raised our concerns and asked for a solution, we were told we had to pay an additional $170 just to get a room with an actual sea view — something we believed we had already paid for. In total, we paid $2,000 for 4 nights, which is completely unacceptable for this level of misrepresentation and service. The manager at reception was unhelpful, impatient, and unwilling to offer any compensation or a free upgrade, despite the clear mismatch between the listing and reality. This experience felt like a bait-and-switch. Do not trust the photos or descriptions of this property.
