- What did you like most?Location was the best thing in this hotel , close to most important streets La rambla and Pas DE Gracisa
- Was there anything you didn't like?The service was awful , no bath robe, shortage of towel , only one elevator and the other one under maintenance the queue line till the entrance. Only one person handlining the reception and other guest services when I called to have tap water and towel '' the said come to collect the from reception we don't have people, next day same issue with the adapter. So for any thing I need to come from 9th floor to front desk!!! Seriously a 4 Star hotel ? I do respect the company and I stayed in many branches even before this branch I was in Eurostar Lisbon but Honestly this branch was so bad in term of services vs the money value. And I will never repeat it. Moreover they cleaned the room and they didn't put a tap water bottles when I called they said come to collect them or take from the mini bar with charge ??? I say thanks for the experience my only request was a good service which obviously wasn't in their list.
