Good but could do better

- Was there anything you didn't like?Housekeeping opened the window behind the curtains during cleaning, which we didn’t notice because they didn’t even draw the curtains. Woke up in the middle of the following night freezing and my already existing cold got even worse from the next day onward. From a 4-star hotel, you would expect better. Cleaning. Not so extra, changed the sheets and gave new bath towels, but did not pay attention to more “hidden” places like shelves etc. which were full of dust. Once again, you would expect a more thorough approach from a hotel promoting themselves with 4 stars on this platform.
