Disappointing and expensive
- Was there anything you didn't like?Room too small hardly any room to get in the bathroom. Breakfast very basic with no staff available. Unhelpful staff when asked him if he could book us a taxi. Definitely not worth the money we paid have had better service in cheaper hotels.
Disappointing, tatty and overpriced.
- What did you like most?We didn’t go for the breakfast as the condition of the hotel overall put us off.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel was shabby and in need of decorating. No where to safely store out luggage as we’d arrived early. We were in an upper floor room with no lift and no assistance with luggage. We noticed that the price being quoted on booking.com on the day of our arrival was far lower than we’d paid, despite booking well in advance.
