Lovely friendly staff
- What did you like most?Staff were lovely, especially the Ukraine lady on the desk. So helpful and happy. Room was clean
- Was there anything you didn't like?Room very small, and the fact that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. My wife was poorly and we had to cut our stay short. She needed a hot drink in the night. The basement restaurant not ideal to get a hot drink in the middle of the night. So she had to drink a half can of flat lemonade that we had. Had we not got this room on a black Friday deal ( which was still very expensive) then I would of put in a complaint. Hotel although very clean needs updating in certain areas
