Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A valid credit card is required from all guests on check-in: this is not to charge but to pre-authorize the full accommodations charges plus a deposit of EUR 50 per room per night to cover any charges made during your stay. Guests without a credit card will be asked to pay accommodations charges in full plus a cash deposit of EUR 50 per room per night to cover any extras. Cash deposits will be refunded on check-out – less any charges made. Please note that children up to 2 years old can stay in a baby cot or in existing bedding.
