- What did you like most?Ease of getting there, parking available, front desk staff were Friendly We were Upgraded to a kind room which was Spacious and comfortable
- Was there anything you didn't like?Breakfast was not included (Most best westerns are ??♀️) . The pillows were not comfortable. Despite being upgraded to a king room, the pillows were square and flat. Additional pillows were Not available in the closet (admittedly we didn’t ask the front desk because we were a late Check-in)
No repeat business at that price. I had previously at ARC at the same price but way better service.
- What did you like most?Room: Fine. Breakfast: Very poor. Bed: Uncomfortable. Huge noise from a group of youngsters from a basketball team. Staff should have been aware of the potential and intervened to preempt. They didn't until we were disturbed and notified staff.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Breakfast (extra charge incurred for breakfast) and poor guest management (noisy group). Breakfast staff were very very nice though. We didn't ask for the names but they should be rewarded.
