Christmas at Reno
- What did you like most?The registration staff at check-in were extremely friendly and helpful. Mina, in particular, made check-in smooth and welcoming, and we truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable, with no noticeable outside noise, which made for a very restful stay.
- Was there anything you didn't like?At checkout, however, one of the registration staff members was a bit dismissive toward my husband when he requested a luggage cart. That interaction stood out as less pleasant compared to the otherwise excellent service we experienced. One small drawback was that the room did not include a microwave or refrigerator, which would have been convenient. Overall, our experience was excellent, and aside from a few minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.
