- Was there anything you didn't like?After the first confirmation i received a cancelation during my trip to Rio your app requested if I want to rebook I did that and got a new booking with confirmation from both booking.com and after contacting the hotel to state my arrival time a confirmation of said arrival Time to get to the front desk and hear that there exist no booking and that this is the fault of booking.com while both the app and the contact with the hotel was confirmed. This is the second time this is happening to me with booking.com within a two months period, I hope that I do not see a debit on my card from said hotel!!!
