Great location but poor business...
- What did you like most?The front desk staff were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The doorman were exceptionally kind and accommodating.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I was charged for internet despite my reservation identifying my Bonvoy membership. Evelyn at the front desk remedied this quickly at checkout. The property didn't live up to it's star status. Club lounge was stripped of everything that elevated a stay as a Bonvoy member. The room was vacant of adequate beverages (scant soda and water), coffee machine not serviced and dirty. Was forced to purchase coffee. Snacks inadequate with some green apples and apple granola bars, termination of continental breakfast. The were water pressure issues making showers challenging and not enough towels at check in.
