    Uninhabitable due to excessive heat
    • Was there anything you didn't like?
      The room temperature was extremely high, to the point that it was impossible to stay inside comfortably or safely. I immediately reported the issue to the receptionist. A maintenance staff member came to check the system but confirmed that nothing could be done to repair it. I then requested a room change, but was informed that no alternative rooms were available. When I asked about cancellation and refund options, I was instructed to contact Booking.com and hotel administration directly by email. Given that the problem was not resolved and the room was uninhabitable due to excessive heat—which I believe poses a health risk—I had no choice but to leave and secure accommodation at another hotel.

    • What did you like most?
      The air condition wasn't working for 90% of the hotel. The street was quite noisy, and of course I had to open the window for air. Sleeping was tough. A bunch of folks ended up leaving and getting refunds. The staff was nice, but the heat was bad, even with a fan.
