- What did you like most?The convenience and location to nearby restaurants and Old Town San Diego. The reception desk staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. As well as the staff in the hotel bar & restaurant! Digital key entry on our cell phones was a nice touch and very convenient!
- Was there anything you didn't like?Hilton lied about my earning points for my stay! Please check if your hotel honors your points for your stay because my 2 night stay earned absolutely nothing! The day of checkout the maid rushed us out at 11:58 AM when checkout was at noontime/12:00 PM! The maids never cleaned our room the first day even when we left our room in the am, removed our “do not disturb” door sign and asked them to please clean the room! Our trash in the bathroom and bedroom was overflowing and smelled horrible! We asked for our coffee supplies to be replaced. We only received coffee with no creamer, no sugar, no cups, etc! The cleaning staff/maid service were lazy, unfriendly, dismissive, and rude! All that after I initially left a tip for the maid service on the first night before I was mistreated, disregarded, and disrespected!
