Convenient location, laundry was clutch, and overall comfortable
- What did you like most?Kitchenette and laundry in room were great, the location was convenient while still behind a little away from the hustle and bustle.
- Was there anything you didn't like?This is just the nature of hotel rooms in large cities in Japan, but the room did feel small if you were traveling with larger suitcases/going shopping.
- What did you like most?The staff are all amazing, from the start of your visit to the end they do their best to help you for your comfort so I really appreciate the front office team. Even though I gave them a little hard time by being late for my check-out, they still did their best to help me. As for the room, it is spacious compared to other rooms in Tokyo. It is very clean and well kept, very comfortable. They have everything you need and if you need something more the front office team is happy to help. The hotel is very safe, I had no issue as a solo female traveller. The location is also very convenient with 3-4 convenience stores within a 5 minute walk. There is a bus stop and a local metro line near the hotel, and it is a 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station. I’d honestly love to stay here again next time I come to Tokyo.
