- What did you like most?The room was clean we liked the standard
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was uncomfortably cold due to a non-functioning heating system, which required me to visit reception to request heaters in order to make the nights comfortable. In addition, there was no drinking water provided in the room. Even if guests are required to pay for bottled water, its availability would be appreciated, as it is a basic expectation for a hotel of this rating. Furthermore, the room did not include morning slippers or bathrobes, which I would typically expect from a brand of this standing. I was later informed that these amenities are only provided in premium rooms; however, this was not communicated during the booking process or at check-in. I encourage management to consider addressing these seemingly small yet important details to protect and enhance the brand experience. Including such essentials in the standard package, even at a slightly higher rate, would greatly improve guest satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and leave a lasting positive impression.
