Highly not recommended
- What did you like most? The bar at the entrance was good, and the bartender was friendly and polite, which was a nice first impression.
- Was there anything you didn't like?At check-out I was charged a $35 per day “facilities fee,” which felt like I paid twice and even completely unjustified since the hotel basically had no services. The rooftop was closed, even though it was shown as open in the photos. Throughout the entire night we heard a lot of noise, including a woman screaming, and overall we felt unsafe during our stay. The surrounding area was also very bad and did not feel secure. I received an upgrade through Booking, but the room was still very disappointing: it had a huge window facing another building, so people could see inside perfectly, with zero privacy. Additionally, the staff at the reception were Latino and spoke very little English, which made communication difficult.
Nice place, good location in Chelsea
- What did you like most?Nice location, clean, great staff
- Was there anything you didn't like?Beds are on the floor on a small platform, not as easy to get in and out of
