- What did you like most?
  They called me 30 minutes before my arrival to say there was no availability & that they didn't charge me. But they did charge me and I had to pay 3 times as much to book a last minute room for my 20 year old daughter that is making a 1600 mile drive & was exhausted!!! She did not get to check in and had to find something else very last minute
- Was there anything you didn't like?
  That I paid for a room I never got and the hotel waiting till 30 minutes before arriving to say they had nothing available even though I booked 12 hours prio
