Terrible all around.

- Was there anything you didn't like?The one staff person took 15 minutes to get to the desk. She proceeds to tell me that the room I booked online was actually no longer available and I would have to pay an extra $100 to use the room I didn't pay for, nor ask for. I do not know if they even charged me or not, as I have not heard back. I had to stay at another hotel that actually had rooms available. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
