All payments made by American Express credit card applies the 5% commission in case of cancelations and refund. For security reasons, all guests must present the credit card used to book, otherwise the hotel will refund the deposit to the credit card used to guarantee their stay and guests will have to pay the stay total amount directly during check in. The hotel will charge an additional fee of $72.62 Mexican pesos per room, per night. This is a municipal tax due to environmental sanitation to be paid directly at the hotel. Hotel does not accept USD cash paymentsGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
