Standard Japanese-sized room, great location with Lawson downstairs, and friendly staff
- What did you like most?Room size is regular for Japan and the location is great. Having a Lawson right downstairs is super convenient. The staff were also very friendly and helpful

- What did you like most?The beds were comfy and our floor had a water/ice and a microwave. Staff were trying to be helpful where they could, but there were lots of problems they couldn't help with. They did also store our luggage without issue and allowed us use of their luggage scales.
- Was there anything you didn't like?It was listed as a sound proof room. We could hear people easily through the door. The bathroom had a cracked and a loose tile which had a smell that came out into the rest of the room. The TV info offered casting, but that wasn't working even though we could see the other rooms casting wifi networks, just not ours. We were told it simply wasn't available. We had stayed in the same type of room a few days earlier, and none of these were issues.
