- Was there anything you didn't like?There is a blonde guy in the reception was so rude , When we arrived he didn’t check and said you didn’t pay for all the 3 rooms so you have to pay then I said I already paid by a link I received it from the hotel and he said NO maybe you paid for booking.com ! Then I showed him the invoice and the hotel’s email to be clear but he didn’t be sorry about his attitude with me and with other guests
