Overall a pleasant stay but could be a lot better if staff could communicate honestly.
- What did you like most?The room was very nice, well designed, comfortable, worth the value.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We encountered two front office staff during our stay, both were not very friendly. Our stay was 2 nights long. On the morning of the first day we pressed the signal for makeup room service. We returned around 3pm to an unmade room. Around 4:30pm the housekeeping knocked on our door, we asked if they could return at 7pm. They said “okay”. We returned later that night to an unmade room again. If they had communicated with us that 7pm was not possible we would have let them clean at 4:30pm. However this did not happen and this situation left us disappointed.
