Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, guests must be at least 19 years old to check in. Special cancellation policies apply for bookings of 5 or more rooms. Elevator will be out of service from October 16, 17 and 18 2023 for maintenance
