Second time staying, so sorry...
- What did you like most?The hotel gave us "Jazz Passes" which allows you to ride the public trolly car during your stay.... COOL! However it would be very helpful to include a schedual/map routes, rather than have to try an plan your excursions around... being able to get around...we missed 2 of our schedualed events . Bummer for us....
- Was there anything you didn't like?Valet parking only. $45 per day plus tip x2++ if you use your vehicle. Night 1 upon arrival. Our room smelled...BAD...BAD.. like sewage... could not sleep due to the foul smell. We had already pre paid for 3 nights. In the morning we kindly asked if we could possibly switch rooms would even be willing to downgrade to queens, unfortunately they said that was not possible.
