Located just 10 minutes walk from Sanhattan business district. The "Select by Time" apartments are decorated in an urban style and have modern kitchens with ceramic hob, air conditioning, cable TV, private bathroom with shower, and modern equipment. All apartments are soundproofed. “Select by Time” has a seasonal outdoor pool and a gym. It also has several rooms of different sizes for meetings and events. Free Wi-Fi in all areas. Free on-site parking is provided. Rugendas restaurant, which belongs to the same chain and is located a few yards from the property, serves a premium buffet breakfast daily. Perfect place to stay for tourism or business.
- What did you like most?
  It has the format of an apart-hotel, with three types of rooms: simple studios, others with a full kitchen, and the largest ones with two rooms and a kitchen. We stayed in one of the mid-size units, very spacious and with a full kitchen. In our case, it also had an outdoor patio. Although it doesn’t offer hotel services such as dining, breakfast is provided at a nearby hotel (150m away) that belongs to the same company. The walk between the two is very pleasant, as both are located around one of the most “French” corners of Santiago: a small, tree-lined square. The location is dreamy: just a few blocks from the newest shopping centers and main commercial avenues, yet in a very peaceful and quiet spot. It has a very convenient indoor parking too.
