- What did you like most?Overall, the night at the V exceeded my expectations. The check in and check out process was quick, easy, and very accomodating. All the staff were positive and professional. Of note, my room was pristine, and I happenedn to meet the floor manager on the 10th floor, Ms. May. I thanked her for the room being perfect in every aspect. I can tell she was not only ensuring, my room was perfect, but the entire floor met to above/exceeded standards. Her summary of the work she does to exceed standard and that the entire floor is exceptional was a pleasanton surprise. So please make sure I noted May in my review and her reviews - as a first class supervisor. My thanks to all. I will return, and will ensure any client or colleagues of my team who need to pass through / work in Singapore to ensure they consider stronly your property. - Was there anything you didn't like?There is no negatives at all. My only wish was that I could stay longer, as I only stayed over one night. But i'm sure every day is the same and has the highest standards. Thank you again.
