Guests are required to insert the room key in the card reader to open the door.Guests arriving between 10:00 PM and 06:00 AM are requested to contact the property using the intercom outside of the entrance. br/ If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you.
