Very bad experience. Not for a decent family
- What did you like most?It was just an okay property. I didn’t realise it was a motel. The location didn’t felt safe
- Was there anything you didn't like?The key was pathetic- I had to get down 4-5 times to get the key fixed. Not once the staff came to check what’s wrong. The lamps inside room were not working when we checked in. They were fixed later when I called the reception. The breakfast cereal- bran & raisin had insects- it was pathetic to see them moving when my wife brought it to the table
- What did you like most?It was a no-frills stay, firm bed, easily operated TV, kindest staff ever
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hot water to the 3rd floor took forever to get hot. A minor thing.
