I would come back again...
- What did you like most?Very tasty! we tried avocado toast and burito sandvich. Both were very delicious.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The double room is a bit small with large luggages. However we enjoyed the stay overall.
A practical option if you...
- What did you like most?Rooms are spacious and mostly renovated. Staff is polite.
- Was there anything you didn't like?However important things are missing to compensate for the 5 star rating on booking and the price. The rooms are not soundproof at all (could hear both conversations from the room next door and the music from the pool of the restaurant-I was on the 10th floor), they have no fridge, no bathrobe or slippers, space in the breakfast area is not guaranteed for guests as it's small, gym is very small and underequiped, and the reception services are limited (for example no phone chargers, no plug adapters, wouldn't help with a courier request, made several invoicing mistakes and communication was very long by email prior to arrival). The restaurant is clearly understaffed as the wait to be served can be up to 40 minutes, and their behavior reflects that as well, asking guests to wait because "honey, they have too much work".
