Excellent hotel in a great...
- What did you like most?The location of this hotel was great with easy access to Broadway and Times Square! The room was a good size for New York and the staff were lovely. The free drinks in the mini bar each day was a very nice touch.

Disappointed
- What did you like most?There was issues with the fire alarm. On Friday afternoon there were some tests so couldn’t rest from jet lag, on Saturday night fire alarm rang 3 times, I took videos. First time at 3:30am then 4:46 and 6:25. That was lucky there was no fire but couldn’t sleep amd very stressful. I stayed 7 days the room was not done 2 times even when I specifically asked reception to make the room before I come back. No coffee machine working at the only restaurant for breakfast for almost the all journey. So was very disappointed
