Best hotel in Denver! We highly recommend!
- What did you like most?Friendly staff, free bike rental, outdoor patio area, gym, Ajax restaurant $30 credit, comfy bed. It was our wedding anniversary and the staff brought us a bottle of Prosecco and some macaroons, very nice touch!
- Was there anything you didn't like?The interface between Booking.com and the hotel. At first they wanted us to pay for our room, even though we already paid through Booking. Then at checkout they were going to charge the $30 per day amenity fee, but again we got that free through Booking.com. They were friendly, however, and worked out both issues.
Valet was overpriced. The ladycat front desk was hard to understand because she was wearing a mask
