Met our needs for a last minute one night stay, but wouldn't recommend for longer visits
- What did you like most?The reception staff were excellent. The luggage storage was easy to utilize upon check-out. The hotel was remarkably quiet given it's location in the most touristy part of PDC. Easy walking distance from the ferry pier and ADO bus station. The weather was crummy so we didn't visit the pool deck so can't report on that, or any of the onsite dining options.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The rooms are dark and a little tired. Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, and we had no balcony for fresh air. For just one night it was okay, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer than that.
- What did you like most?The location is a big highlight — very central and close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, making it convenient for exploring (we went in tours to Tulum, Chichen Itza & Xcaret during our stay). The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, with spacious rooms and an amazing rooftop pool. Breakfast was solid with a good variety to start the day. Our room (Superior King room) faced the interior courtyard, and we had no trouble with noise. Rooms were clean and well maintained.
- Was there anything you didn't like?One thing to note: there is a 10 USD per night resort fee that we weren’t aware of before arriving. In addition, a refundable 5000 MXN deposit is required at check-in and can only be paid by credit card — this also wasn’t communicated to us in advance.
