Great location, but barely got sleep.
- What did you like most?Very clean, nicely appointed though a bit boring and basic for a 4 star hotel.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Thermostat didn't work so the room was very hot. As we left for dinner, we told Gonzalo at the front desk who didn't do anything about it so it was a sleepless night. We told them again in the morning, but didn't offer any compensation. Additionally, the shower is very confusing. The water comes straight out of the wall or out of the hand held shower head. I turned it on and was blasted with cold water in my face. I switched it to the handheld but never did figure out how to get the water to come out of the top. And I was very surprised there was no coffee maker which is almost standard in hotels this day. Definitely not a 4 star experience.
