- What did you like most?It was clean and quit. Staff was friendly
- Was there anything you didn't like?The shuttle experience. We spent two hours trying to get from the airport to the hotel. After 1/2 hr or more we got a text msg from Uber asking us where we were. We said we were at Aisle 10 Hotel Shuttle area. After much conversation with two people on the Uber call, they said Oh, we are Uber we can't come to Aisle 10. You must go to Door 3 on arrival side. Uber then hung up but before he did, he said Oh I have to pick up another customer. So we marched over there. Then we called the hotel, The hotel finally said the Uber driver said we didn't show up. So then the hotel said, go back to Aisle 10 and somebody will be there in 5 or 10 minutes. Finally, someone showed up and tried explaining they don't run all day but they need to have someone who can pick you up during the posted shuttle hours.
