Great location, incredible staff.
- What did you like most?The staff are incredible, hardworking and very accommodating. The location is perfect for United Center events, and it’s only a short taxi, Lyft or Uber ride to most locations in the city.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The mattress in my room was saggy in the middle. I did not rest well. It would be nice if the bar stayed open later than 10 pm on weekends. Overnight parking is pricey.
