Exceptional & remarkable
- What did you like most?We really enjoyed the quietness of this boutique hotel. The rooftop offers an amazing view, the food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful all the time from reception to the butler service and restaurant. Special thanks to Julio, Ann, Nicanor, Rodrigo, Lorena, and honestly everyone on the team for making the stay so memorable.
- Was there anything you didn't like?If I may suggest a few improvements: it would be great if the entrance to the hotel could be paved, as the road nearby is quite bumpy. Also, during our stay it was seaweed season, which made swimming difficult, we often had to walk to find a clear spot near other hotels. Perhaps bringing in a machine to clear the seaweed, rather than doing it manually, could make the beach experience even better.

- What did you like most?The views were beautiful! The rooms were nice and clean. The aesthetic of hotel was really nice and the staff was very helpful, welcoming and friendly.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Location is kind of hidden but not a bad thing unless you want to do things in playa del carmen or other places.
