Unorganized hotel staff
- What did you like most?Casino was nice
- Was there anything you didn't like?I had a 2 room party, (1king, 1double) I was staying here with had someone that was in a leg boot. I booked specifically the south tower for the party. Once I arrived they said my two rooms are separated and both were 1 bed king rooms. Knowing now they overbooked one tower that I specifically wanted because of their situation was one thing. But then to realize they didn’t have another double bed in that tower and had my reservation wrong was unacceptable. I’m probably going to get some type of automated email apologizing at this point, what a lack of effort
We decided to get together with family and friends and this is the hotel that was chosen … we had a smoke free king bed
