- Was there anything you didn't like?This hotel should be 2 stars at best. Very noisy property - both from the street and the hotel itself - loud music, loud staff outside my door, loud ac in the room- the generator is in the room Terrible breakfast - no buffet - just to order Poor communication from staff - Phones in rooms disconnected so you can’t call reception No services on property Our rooms were downgraded , they did not inform us prior and they keep saying they compensated us but they did not, they refunded an unfair amount. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in

- Was there anything you didn't like?Don’t stay here if you want luxury. It’s in a noisy area, the ac is noisy, the staff will stand outside your room and be noisy. And we got downgraded into regular rooms when we booked suits months in advance. It says all inclusive but it’s not
