Disappointed.

• What did you like most?
  Nothing really!
• Was there anything you didn't like?
  So initially we’re allotted a room without a shower curtain. Basically if you take a shower, there’s water all over the washroom. Once we complained on this, initially the staff says, there’s nothing we can do, you can raise it to Booking.com. And they all rooms are this way. Which is hard to believe. After an hour or so, they tell us they can offer us another room, calls one of us to the reception and hands over the quilt and pillow etc for the extra bed, a little DIY (which we didn’t mind). The rooms are so dim lighted, you basically can’t see anything. I wish there were better lighting. It was neat, that’s a big plus. But overall, since it was just a night stay, I didn’t bother to raise a complaint. But staff can do better to address issues. Attached images of curtain less shower and the bedding handed over to us to make our beds.

  I like it just because of the location.
• Was there anything you didn't like?
  I asked for my invoice, but the front desk people sent me the old one. When I called them, they told me they were not able to search for my current invoice. Still I am messaging through booking.com but no response.
