- Was there anything you didn't like?A VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY. The hotel charged me an amount other than what was specified in my Booking.com reservation and gave me a room without a terrace, even though my reservation included one. Neither Booking.com nor the hotel has yet refunded the overpayment or the lower room category.
