The worst 5 star hotel I have ever been in my life
- What did you like most?Stuff is very friendly
- Was there anything you didn't like?Hair in the bathtub , every single faucet was broken , I wanted to take a bath but i couldn’t. I requested an iron 30 minutes later I called back , sure enough they forgot about it. I had a meeting at 6.30pm at the restaurant, I got my iron 6.28pm, finally. I was late , because I was waiting for my iron 45 minutes. Next day cleaning lady showed up with no fresh towels , she said we ran out of them. But after giving her tips she brought me couple fresh towels but no fresh robe , hotel is packed and no enough fresh towels for every room. Seriously?
