It was a great place to stay in.
- What did you like most?The property had an amazing vibrant vibes in the lobby. I liked the vouchers they provided for each day I spent there which was for snacks or coffee since the cafe cross the street was always busy. I stayer in the 9th floor and had the most breathtaking view at night and early mornings. The bed was comfortable and the room was specious with mirrors everywhere. The staff were helpful and responded to all our inquiries. The room had functional AC, hair dryer, and steaming iron.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I was surprised that I didn’t find a closet to put my clothes in as there were only hangers. Also the TV remote didn’t work as well as the phone to contact the reception. The only thing which was a bit worrisome is that there were a few homeless people out in front of the hotel and that the front door to the hotel could be opened by everyone. I would’ve been more comfortable if I knew that the door of the hotel can only be accessible to the resident and hotel staff.
Overall, it was a good stay for a short, budget-friendly trip despite some minor issues with housekeeping and the sink.
- What did you like most?We stayed here for 3 nights, and overall it is a budget-friendly option in a good location. The 181st Street subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, the environment was pleasant, and the facilities were okay for a short stay.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Housekeeping only came the first morning; on the second morning, no one cleaned and only the mats were changed. I’m not sure if we were supposed to call for cleaning. I booked a studio room, and the sink was very small with limited clearance, making it difficult to wash your face. Water also spilled over when using the sink.
