Unprofessional staff and a complete lack of respect for returning guests.
- What did you like most?We had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this hotel. We stayed here regularly, about twice a week, and were considered returning guests. During our stay, we called in the evening to add one extra night and were told it was handled. However, the next morning the front desk informed us that the additional night was “not added” and said they had no room for us. Despite our loyalty and frequent stays, we were told to leave and were essentially kicked out with no effort to resolve the issue, no apology, and no accountability for their own mistake. This level of poor communication and lack of customer service is unacceptable, especially for returning members. We felt disrespected and completely let down. We will not be returning and do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting basic professionalism and reliability.
